Our teachers

At RAFL, teachers take on the role of mentors, role models, participants, collaborators, listeners, speakers, assessors, creative thinkers, planners and mediators. They inspire and motivate students, influencing them through their activities rather than mere words. To make teaching exciting and effective, various in-house trainings (Teacher Enrichment Programems) for classroom management, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Result Analysis etc are organised regularly. The facilitators at RAFL seize the opportunity to actively participate in both online and offline generic and subject-specific Capacity Building Programmes organized by the Centre of Excellence. This platform is used to learn and share innovative teaching-learning methodologies, stay updated on the field of education and understand current strategies. Being members of the Erode Sahodaya and the Kongu Sahodaya Associations, teachers learn about best practices that make teaching and learning a joyful process. Through outdoor learning, hands-on activities, nature walks, smart board usage, art and subject integration, we ensure 21st-century skills acquisition among teachers. We learn while we teach and teach while we learn, ensuring no child is left behind. The bond between students and teachers extends beyond the classroom.
