Co-Curricular activities

Every activity in school life plays a significant role in development of students. Co-curricular activities are compulsory activities that are important for every student to participate in and are designed and balanced with academic curriculum so that every student gets to learn beyond subjects.

Competitions

Monthly competitions for grades 3 – 10, Arena Exhibit for Grades 1 and 2 bring the students out of their shells and make them active participants. Informative and interesting books are the rewards for all the winners. We encourage intra and inter-school competitions. Poem writing, painting a poem, fruit carving, 2 minutes to fame, debates, puppet shows and so on are a few of our intra-school competitions.

Club activities

We offer a choice of clubs such as Art, Craft, Cookery, Heritage, Theatre Art and Science Innovator Space. We conduct activities every month for the life skill enhancement specifically chosen by students through interaction and discussion. Every activity carried out by the club encourages students to cultivate a different perception of life. Students get an opportunity to showcase and groom their talents in the clubs they are in.

Field trips

We treat field trips as a necessity rather than a novelty. As important as it is to learn Math and English on the campus, it is equally necessary to get proper education in the real arena. Field trips allow students direct access to tools and environments that they otherwise wouldn’t have contact within the four walls of their school. These different social environments and new interactions give them a vital lesson on how to behave in different settings.

Excursions

Our students are encouraged to save their pocket money and spare money given by their relatives to use them for excursions arranged by the school. Students who go on such trips tend to become more empathetic and tolerant. It also enhances their critical thinking skills and gives students a chance to think about a topic or theme from a different perspective. The well- orchestrated excursions facilitate our students in learning responsibility, organisational skills and camaraderie.
