FRUITS DAY

With the objective of creating awareness and educating students about the importance and consumption of fruits in their regular diet, the RAFL Twinkling Stars celebrate Fruits Day in the month of July. The occasion is used to teach students the health benefits of fruits – one of Mother Nature’s most amazing foods. The tiny tots also learn more about the taste, smell, color, and texture of each fruit. Students clearly understand the importance of washing the fruits before eating or cooking and the benefits of consuming fresh fruits. Our students are encouraged to bring only fruits and nuts for their morning break, helping them remain energetic throughout the day. On birthdays, students distribute groundnut burfi, homemade sweets, nuts, or palm sugar candy, showcasing how health-conscious our students are.
